One of the best eye exams I’ve ever had! The doctor was thorough, the staff was knowledgeable and helped me pick out a frame that would normally be out of my comfort zone, but I love it! 5 stars!!

Insight Vision is impressive! They had a machine that's very modern. I believe it's called an Optomap. It takes the place of dilating your eyes. Quick and painless! And no driving home with blurry vision. Kudos to Insight for providing this service to their customers. And let's not forget that helpful friendly staff. Good job, Insight!

This office, the staff, the doctor - ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR SERVICE. I felt heard, I felt understood, I felt all of my needs and concerns were addressed. I'm a patient for life!!

Very good experience with doctor and his team. They have various eye machines and a good selection of eyeglasses to choose from. It was nice that they had an appointment available the same day.

I heard about how great this place was from a moms group on Facebook and they did not disappoint. My son is little and gets nervous at doctors appointments so I was anxious about how it would go and if he would ever want to come back. They were so patient with him and explained things to him and myself very clearly. Dr. Martinez was great with my child and even gave his little spider man toy an eye exam as well. They approached my child with genuine kindness and joy and I truly appreciate that. My son loved it so much he wanted to go get an eye kit toy for him when he was done. So very thankful that my son was able to have such a positive experience with them.

I have to say the doctors and staff here have honestly been incredible for me and my daughters. I had an exam and then when I got my glasses, something was totally off. The doctor redid my exam and got me new lenses and contacts and was super great about it! My 2 year old was also seen and given a stronger RX which then caused an eye turn. We went and saw the pediatric ophthalmologist to make sure it wasn’t a medical problem and they gave her a new RX. Since we had just recently ordered new glasses for her from Insight, I sent them the new RX and they are taking care of getting her new lenses! Honestly, we will be back every year just because their customer service is incredible!! Thank you all so much for taking care of me and my family!

Matthew Martinez, O.D. met with me to explain all aspects of my eye exam that was done at his office and later at an Ophthalmologist Office. Dr Martinez provided an absolutely excellent and detailed explanation of four separate items that I did not understand. I was truly impressed with his detailed explanation, the use of a model of the eye combined with my eye pictures taken at the earlier exams. His complete explanation made me feel extremely comfortable with the findings and for the first time, I have a full understanding - which gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend him - and appreciate his kind and caring attitude, patience, and knowledge of the issues!

I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Bozsa. From the moment I walked in, the entire appointment felt organized, comfortable, and professional. The exam itself was extremely thorough, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoughtfully and patiently. Dr. Bozsa is not only knowledgeable and confident in her expertise, but she also has a calm and reassuring presence that immediately puts you at ease. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in providing high-quality care. I left my appointment feeling confident in my eye health and appreciative of the attention to detail she provides. I would highly recommend Dr. Bozsa to anyone looking for a skilled, attentive, and compassionate optometrist.

My family and I absolutely LOVE this place! We have a large family of 8. No other place we’ve ever been to has taken such thorough care in their work. I’ve never met one person at any of the locations who was not exceptionally kind and helpful. We’re customers for life!

From the front office all the way thru the experience... I have nothing but good things to say. Garrett at the front desk is great at his job, and the young lady that ran my insurance ( I didnt get her name ) took the time to get the best deal for my insurance - and even price matched in order bring down my out of pocket cost. It is rare to get such great customer service anymore. Kudos! AND... Dr. Bozsa is wonderful and easy to talk to as well. Thanks Insight team :)

Dr Troyer is amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable. I didn’t feel rushed and he answered all my questions. Also, picking out the frames for me is usually the worst part of the experience. However, there is a person there now who is the Tim Gunn of eyewear! He was amazing! He took one look at me and picked out a frame and that was the one! He did the same for my husband. Usually picking out a frame is such a painstaking process but it was so easy. He was also very knowledgeable and knew all the details of my plan. It was such a great experience I can’t wait until my next appointment!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Lindsey the office manager went above and beyond to help me when I needed to be seen for an emergency eye appointment. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and exceptional customer service.

I've been going to this location for several years now, and have always had a wonderful experience. Dr Marr is so approachable and friendly, and I love that he takes the time to explain what the numbers mean, and what I should watch for in the future. Their estimates for when glasses will be back from the lab are accurate, and sometimes even early! The glasses selection process is easy, and no hard-sell on upgrades. Great location, would recommend!

The staff was prompt at attending to my needs. I had been sent over from urgent care which there had been some confusion, but once that was cleared up things have been great. Dr. K has been great as well as his staff.

I have been a patient for 5 years. Staff is very friendly and helpful and Dr. Matt is great. He takes time to discuss everything and I never feel rushed.

Everyone there is very kind and friendly! I believe Lindsey was the person who helped me with picking my glasses, and she was delightful! I have a hard time changing my appearance, so picking new frames was a tough thing for me, but Lindsey made the entire process easy, and she was very sweet, informative, and helpful! The whole staff makes the place feel welcoming and relaxed. Definitely will be returning here for all my vision needs!
